Here at Long Island T.E.A.M.Works Inc. we are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychosocial interventions, educational, substance-use prevention, and other support services to youth and their families in Long Island communities and schools. We work collaboratively with elected representatives, criminal justice organizations, school administrators, subject matter experts, community leaders, and community-based organizations to create, develop, and implement thoughtful person centered programs and curricula to address the pervasive issues that negatively affect the social development, academic achievement, and healthy daily functioning of youth and families on Long Island.

Our TEAM and community partners have a long history of therapeutic, legal, educational and social service expertise that spans several decades. We work diligently to engage, enlighten and empower families and youth here on Long Island to bring about safety, stability and growth. Coupling our expertise with an in-depth knowledge of local service providers and referral sources allows us to offer our services and organization as the perfect resource for parents, guardians, students and school administrators, as well as local juvenile justice authorities. Our TEAM hears the unheard and serves the underserved of Long Island by providing effective personal service and carefully coordinating efforts of likeminded organizations, to create strategies for success.
